Daniel R. Boone, Sr. was convicted of battery resulting in bodily injury and criminal recklessness. He was sentenced to one year in jail with all but 26 days suspended, and 339 days of supervised probation for both counts.

Jeffrey L. Strain, 20, Delphi, was convicted of illegal possession of an alcoholic beverage. He was sentenced to 60 days in jail.

Bradley W. Weber, 43, was convicted of using more than three fishing poles. He was given a $10 fine and ordered to pay $164 in court costs.
