Edna May Lewis, 97, Silver Lake, died Wednesday, Oct. 21, 2009, at Kosciusko Community Hospital in Warsaw.

Born Jan. 16, 1912, in Clinton County, she was the daughter of Oather and Lucy Reavis Myers. Her marriage was in 1932 in Rossville to James H. Lewis, who preceded her in death in 1998.

She was a member of the Eel River Old German Baptist Church.

Surviving are three daughters, Virginia Ann Popejoy of Rocky Mount, Va., Irene Metzger (husband: Max) and Ruby Metzger (husband: Leroy), both of Silver Lake; a sister, Dorothy Barrick (husband: Lewis) of Pyrmont; ten grandchildren; 36 great-grandchildren; and seven great-greatgrandchildren.

Services were held Oct. 24 in Silver Lake. Burial followed at the Old German Baptist Church Cemetery in North Manchester.
