GED CLASSES meet every Tuesday and Wednesday from 6:30 to 9 p.m. in room AA4 at Delphi Community High School. Students may join the class at any time during the school year. Classes are free. Living Faith Church of the Brethren’s annual all-youcan eat CHICKEN POT PIE SUPPER will be held Monday with serving from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the church. The church is located at 310N, 250 W, Flora. The church’s youth group, Faith on Fire, will have a gift shop, selling one-of-akind items made by artisans from over 30 countries.

BURLINGTON MASONIC LODGE will hold its annual community Veterans Day dinner and program on Nov. 7 at 6 p.m. A free light meal will be served followed by a short program. Pastor Steve Cole will give the tribute. The community is invited to attend and honor the veterans of the Burlington community. Also assisting with the event are Burlington American Legion Post 414 and the Community Club.

Carroll County Master Gardeners Club is sponsoring a PROGRAM ON BEES at 7 p.m. Nov. 10 at the Flora Community Center, 115 N. Division St. Master Gardener Diane Wheeler will give the presentation. Refreshments will be provided and the public is welcome to attend.

Flora Cablevision is seeking INTERESTED VOLUNTEERS to do interviews and produce special programs featuring local organizations and events. Those interested are asked to call (765) 967-4475 or e-mail cablevision@ ffni.com.

The RED CROSS BLOODMOBILE will visit Carroll County on Thursday, Nov. 5, from 11:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. at the United Methodist Church, 107 E. Main Street, Flora. The area church with the most volunteer donors will receive $100, a gift from Flora Psi Iota Xi. To make an appointment, call 1-800-GIVE LIFE. Walk-ins are welcome.

DELPHI PARK BOARD will meet today, Wednesday, at 4 p.m. at the Stone Barn in Delphi.

A HUNTER EDUCATION CLASS, taught by Indiana Conservation Officers, will be Oct. 31 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Freedom Center, 101 W. Front St. in Delphi. There will be no charge for the class but participants must pre-register by calling (765) 447- 9582. Anyone born after Dec. 31, 1986, is required to take the class before purchasing a hunting license.
