Mr. and Mrs. Carl Baker of 911 E. Columbia Street, Flora, are observing their 65th wedding anniversary this week.

Baker and the former Mildred (Milly) Million were married Oct. 21, 1944, at the Rockfield Presbyterian Church.

He is retired from farming, and she is a homemaker.

The couple has two sons, Ron Baker (wife: Sharon) of Lafayette and Rob Baker (wife: Carol) of Flora. They have five grandchildren, four stepgrandchildren, and 19 great-grandchildren.
