Default judgment was granted to the plaintiff in the following causes: Ronnie and Marilyn Broyles vs. James and Malinda Fish, $51.97; Discover Bank vs. Marty Hodges, $5,961.60; and Karen Ponder vs. Matthew Jacob Lowery, $1,165.

The following cause has been dismissed with prejudice: Citibank N.A. vs. Bradford Redding.

Judgment was granted to the defendant in First Financial Bank vs. Michael L. Plunkett.

Cesar Cervantes, 18, Delphi, was convicted of battery resulting in bodily injury. He was sentenced to one year in jail, suspended, and one year of supervised probation.

Lorenzo N. Virves, 30, was convicted of operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license. He was sentenced to 60 days in jail, suspended, and 180 days of unsupervised probation.

Jesus A. Villagrana, 20, Delphi, was convicted of criminal mischief. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail, suspended, and one year of supervised probation.

Jarrod K. Hisey, 18, Bringhurst, was convicted of criminal mischief. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail, suspended, and 180 days of probation.

Manuel F. Cabello, 20, Logansport, was convicted of possession of an alcoholic beverage. He was sentenced to 60 days in jail, suspended, and 180 days of supervised probation.

Misty M. Brown, 37, Delphi, was convicted of check deception. She was ordered to pay a $1 fine plus court costs.

Stacey Eldridge, 27, West Lafayette, was convicted of operating a vehicle with an ACE of .08 or more. She was sentenced to 60 days in jail, with 54 days suspended, and 359 days of supervised probation.

Micah J. Sanders, 33, Mulberry, was convicted of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, endangering a person. He was sentenced to one year in jail, suspended, and one year of supervised probation.

Spencer T. Downing, 46, Rossville, was convicted of operating a vehicle with ACE of .08 or more. He was sentenced to 60 days in jail, suspended, and one year of supervised probation.

Colton D. Creasy, 20, Flora, was convicted of criminal mischief and disorderly conduct. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail, suspended, and one year of supervised probation for each count.

Paul A. Lavignette, 56, Lafayette, was convicted of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, endangering a person. He was sentenced to one year in jail, suspended, and one year of supervised probation.

Ray A. Chamorro, 18, Schererville, was convicted of illegal consumption of an alcoholic beverage. He was sentenced to 60 days in jail with 52 days suspended, and 180 days of supervised probation.

Kimberly Vester, 20, Lafayette, was convicted of public intoxication and illegal consumption of an alcoholic beverage. She was sentenced to 90 days in jail, suspended, and one year of supervised probation for the first count. She was sentenced to 60 days in jail, suspended, and one year of supervised probation for the second count.
