The City of Delphi filed complaint against CCI Roofing and Insulation Inc. and Liquid Plastics Inc.
Judgment was granted to the plaintiff in State of Indiana vs. Stephen D. McLeland, $87,868.01.
Dissolution of marriage was granted to the following: Carrie L. Stanley and Gary Jason Stanley; Grace Marie Stevens and William Scott Stevens; and Joseph Allen Slopsema and Christine A. Sears.
Alejandro Mejia Bariga, Frankfort was convicted of forgery. He was sentenced to two years in the Department of Correction with all but 4 days suspended, along with supervised probation.
Julia B. Rodgriguez, Lafayette, was convicted of forgery. She was sentenced to two years in the Department of Correction with all but six days suspended, along with 48 hours of community service.
The following were found to be in arrears of child support payments: David Earl DeMaggio, $4,885; Tiffney C. Bennington Johnson, $2,471.08; Tim Rodenbarger, $9,816; David Busch, $7,488.62; Rhonda Everett, $21,120.46; Michael Turner, $2,085.78; Dustin Watson, $1,964; Tom Laxson, $19,109; David Kelly, $33,340; Dawn Roth, $1,729.45; Chad Johnson, $897.75; John Graves, $5,994.52; Ronnie Pearson, $28,280.76; Adam Caldwell, $3,300.58; David Colbert, $286.75; Rick Hanson, $20,352.52; and Kimberly German, $6,657.72.
The cause against Richard Shepard and Donna Shepard has been dismissed.
Default judgment and decree of foreclosure was granted to the plaintiff in: Wells Fargo Financial Indiana vs. John Lee Phalen and Wells Fargo Financial Bank, $303,042.87; and BAC Home Loans Servicing vs. Carlos L. Suarez, $108,209.07.
Default judgment was granted to the plaintiff in Susan L. Huddleston vs. Wells Fargo Bank, $6,430.
Mindy L. Pownell Bosby was remanded to the custody of the Department of Correction to complete her executed sentence.
The following causes have been dismissed with prejudice: Capital One Bank vs. Kimberly A. Cripe; Raphael and Claudia Ramirez vs. Roth Park Grove Cottage Owners Assoc.; Timothy McCormick and Camp Mac Properties LLC vs. Matt Kopf as agent for Allstate Insurance Company and Richard Baxter and Connie Watts vs. McCormick Farms, Inc.
Dennis B. Meadows was convicted of burglary. He was sentenced to four years in the Department of Correction with seven days credit.
Teresa Vazquez, 37 was convicted of identity deception. She was sentenced to one-and one-half years in the Department of Correction with all but six days suspended, and one year supervised probation.
The court now amends the sentence and finds that Jordan M. Woodward is not a sexually violent predator as defined by statute.
The following cause has been dismissed without prejudice: Capital One Bank vs. Nancy H. Morris.
Linda D. Rogers has been named the administrator of the Adeline Kenworthy estate.
Darrell L. Eikenberry, Dallas I. Eikenberry, Michael G. Eikenberry and Raymon D. Eikenberry have been named the administrators of the Dorothy M. Eikenberry estate.
GMAC Mortgage LLC filed complaint on note and to foreclose mortgage against Timothy Alford, Judy Alford and unknown occupant.
