FAIRNET LLC, owned by Carroll County REMC, has announced increased coverage in the Carroll County area with the addition of a new tower in Bringhurst, said Eric Wertz, Fairnet general manager.

“With the Bringhurst addition, Fairnet now has ten towers in Carroll County,” said Wertz. “The new Carroll County tower gives Fairnet the ability to provide high speed Internet to more than 85% of Carroll County residents. Fairnet’s northwest Indiana coverage now covers 7,400 square miles.”

“Fairnet considers itself fortunate to be owned by a rural electric cooperative,” Wertz added. “Their high standards and community commitment drive their business and ours as well.”
