American Legion will meet at 7 p.m. Monday in the Legion Home.
Camden Community Preservation Society’s annual holiday party will be Oct. 26 at 6:30 p.m. at Angie’s Reflections Tea Room, 722 E. Broadway, Logansport. Hostesses are Deb Foreman and Jeff Sieber. Reservations are being accepted through Oct. 22 by calling Sieber at (574) 686-2331.
The kick-off meeting for Jesus Junction will be Oct. 28 from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Camden First Baptist Church. Children ages kindergarten through fifth grade are invited. At the kick-off there will be a wiener roast, devotions and fun. Future meetings will be held the fourth Wednesday of each month from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. unless noted otherwise or school is closed due to bad weather.
The American Legion will sponsor a chicken bash fundraiser on Nov. 4 from 4:30 to 7 p.m. at the Community Building. For ticket information, call (574) 686-2134 or (765) 532-3372.
Camden Lions Club’s annual Halloween Party will be Oct. 31 at 7 p.m. at the Community Building.
Thirteen members of the Aim Hi E.H. Club met recently at the home of Jane George. Devotions were given by Sue Wertz and the lesson, ”Spice Up Your Life” by Maryanne Berkshire and co-hostess Evetta Recher. Celebrating birthdays were Jane George, Sue Wertz, and Mary Whitfield. Eva Lou Shanks won the raffle prize and Justine Crume won the door prize.
