Oct. 10, 9 a.m. – Criminal mischief, 402 S. Washington St. Rock was thrown through a window of Countrywide Electric Plumbing and Heating. Officer Shane Bernhardt investigated.

Oct. 12, 10 a.m. – Property damage, N. Washington and Adams streets. James R. McLeland, 77, and Kathleen I. Myers, 83, both of Delphi. Sgt. Brook McCain responded.

Oct. 12, 4:30 p.m. – Property damage, SR25 east of US421. Thomas D. Wisler, 49, Logansport, and Theresa Maxwell, 52, Delphi. McCain responded.

Oct. 2, 11:08 a.m. – Theft, 3729W. Towpath Rd., Delphi. Property owned by Lloyd Carnahan was stolen. Deputy John Chapman investigated.

Oct. 2, 4:14 p.m. – Theft, 4533N. SR29, Camden. Trailer and tools owned by Dennis Veach were stolen. Chapman investigated.

Oct. 3, 12:30 a.m. – Juvenile delinquency, Wabash and Summit streets, Delphi. Two females left home without permission. Driving with no license. K-9 Deputy Tony Liggett.

Oct. 3, 6:40 p.m. – Theft, 11944W. Lookout Dr., Monticello. 14 ft. aluminum “V” bottom boat owned by Gordon Pickering and James Moore Jr. was stolen. Liggett investigated.

Oct. 4, 2:40 a.m. – OWI, SR75 and CR600S., Cutler. Sarah K. Hensley, 27, Frankfort, was arrested. Liggett investigated.

Oct. 4, 6:57 a.m. – Animal bite, 2440 N. Ruffing Ave., Delphi. Janet Walker was the victim. Chapman investigated.

Oct. 5, 9:13 a.m. – Death investigation, SR25 north of Burrows. Larry Richie, 70, Frankfort, sustained injuries in accident and died two days later. Det. Steve Mullin investigated.

Oct. 6, 4:13 p.m. – Battery, County Jail. Inmates Gatlin Wright, 19, and Dustin Peglow, 29, were involved in physical altercation. Mullin investigated.

Oct. 9, 1:28 a.m. – OWI resulting in a vehicle crash, 7720E. 500S., Cutler (Burlington). Robert L. Smith, 32, Forest, was hospitalized and Cory A. Martin, 25, Russiaville, was arrested. Liggett investigated.

Oct. 3, 2:50 p.m. – US421 near CR700N. Kyle R. Sigo, 18, Chalmers, and Darcy M. Dunfee, 49, Monticello. Det. Kevin Hammond responded.

Oct. 3, 4 a.m. – CR325S. near CR730E. Thomas M. Bates, 33, Kokomo. Hammond responded.

Oct. 5, 9:13 a.m. – SR25 near CR100E. Larry G. Richie, 70, Frankfort, Donald E. Morehouse, 70, Brookston, and Matthew A. Newcomer, 22, North Judson. Richie was treated at the scene by Logansport EMS. Mullin responded.

Oct. 9, 1:29 a.m. – CR500S. near SR22W. Cory A. Martin, 25, Russiaville, was cited for a misdemeanor and later transported by EMS to a hospital. Deputy Jay Schimmel responded.
