In memory of Don R. Moore

who died Sept. 20, 2009 and son Jackie D. Moore who died

Oct. 15, 2008.

God saw he was getting tired, and a cure was not to be; So he put His arms around him and whispered “Come with me” With tearful eyes we watched him suffer, and saw him fade away; Although we loved him dearly, we could not make him stay. A golden heart stopped beating, hard working hands to rest; God broke our hearts to prove to us, He only takes the best.

Thank you to the Delphi & Camden American Legions, VFW, Indiana National Guard for the Military service, VFW for the dinner, Pastor Brent Oliver for the service. Terry & Denise Davidson, Dr. Lisa McTavish, Dr. Thomas Jones, Dr. Ali, Dr. Saravona and nurses Marsha Oilar & Linda Deaton. Thank you for the flowers, cards, food and visitation. We all thoroughly enjoyed “my day” with family, friends and neighbors on Sunday, Oct. 11 for my 90th birthday. Thank you for the gifts, many cards and being there. A special thanks to my children and grandchildren for all their efforts in making it a day long to be remembered.
