A FLU SHOT CLINIC will be held Friday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Stone Barn, 700 N. Washington St., Delphi. Shots are free for Medicare recipients who bring their card. Pneumonia shots are also available. There is a fee for all others without a Medicare card. The clinic is being sponsored by Carroll County Senior & Family Services.

CARROLL COUNTY RELAY FOR LIFE is having a committee call out meeting to recruit new members for the 2010 Relay team. The callout meeting will be held from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Oct. 20 at the First Presbyterian Church, 213 S. Indiana St., Delphi.

Youth ages eight to 17 are invited to experience the joy of aviation Oct. 17 at 8 a.m. at the Delphi Airport. The
YOUNG EAGLES program is sponsored by EAA Chapter 256 in conjunction with the national organization and is intended to introduce youth to aviation. Participants will be given the opportunity to control a small aircraft, while in flight, with a certified pilot. Call (765) 491-8515 for information.
Flora Grace Brethren Church will hold its 70TH ANNIVERSARY HOMECOMING on Oct. 18 at 10:30 a.m. Former pastor Mike Ostrander will bring the message. A dinner will follow the church service. “Please join us as we celebrate this joyous time in our church life,” Pastor James Franklin said.
