An agreed judgment was granted in the following causes: First Financial Bank vs. James and Shelly K. Supples, $499 and M & G Investments vs. Brandon C. Kelly, $1,250.

James J. Sammons, 37, Bringhurst, was convicted of intimidation and confinement. He was sentenced to one year in jail, suspended, and one year of supervised probation for intimidation. He was sentenced to one year in jail with all but 14 days suspended, and 351 days of supervised probation for confinement.
