Rodney A. Tatman, 35, was convicted of operating a vehicle as an habitual traffic violator for life. He was sentenced to the Department of Correction for five years and four years for operating a vehicle after lifetime suspension. His sentences will run consecutively to one another with nine years to be executed. Mary C. Mitchell was named administrator of the Alvin Max Mitchell estate.

Green Tree Services LLC filed complaint on contract promissory note and to foreclose mortgage on vacant and abandoned real estate against William H. Weller and Ryan Alex, Inc.
