Delphi Mayor Randy Strasser announced Thursday late morning the city council members will meet in executive session Monday, Oct. 5 at 8 p.m., immediately following the regularly scheduled council meeting. The purpose of the executive session is to receive information about prospective employees per IC5-14-1.5 of Indiana’s Open Door Law. The law mandates a 48-hour, not to include weekends and holidays, notification of all executive sessions.
