One of the company’s highest honors, The Spirit of Longaberger Award recognizes individuals who work to make a difference in the lives of others. Rinehart was honored for being a leader in her business, a role model in her community, and for helping people discover and reach their potential.

“I am so lucky to have been invited into this company and so fortunate that I could see growth and spot those leaders who love Longaberger the same as I do, with the understanding that with service comes success,” Rinehart said.

Rinehart, who was also recognized for being among the Top 10 in Sales for the year, received her award at The Bee, the company’s annual sales convention. The threeday event offers home consultants the opportunity to learn about new products, gain business-building skills, recognize and celebrate their achievements in sales and sponsoring, and hear motivating presentations from company leaders and sales field peers.

“The Spirit of Longaberger award gives us the opportunity to recognize those who demonstrate outstanding achievement and turn the ordinary into extraordinary,” said Tami Longaberger, chief executive officer and president. “You can see it in the way they reach out to help others, in the devotion to their families and in their commitment to the community. They strive to make a difference.”

Rinehart, who’s been selling Longaberger for 28 years, was also honored with the Leadership Distinction Award. This award honors National Sales Leaders who excel in the three leadership attributes of sales, sponsoring and leadership development.
