Isley, Zarse exchange vows

Rachel Isley and Brock Zarse, both of Delphi, exchanged marriage vows Aug. 29 at 1:30 p.m. at the Delphi United Methodist Church.

She is the daughter of Mike and Teresa Isley of Delphi. He is the son of Kim and Duane Flora of Delphi and Richard and Julie Zarse of West Lafayette.

Pastor Ed Selvidge officiated. The bride's parents performed a duet.

Matron of honor was Julie Reagan, sister of the bride, of Lebanon. Bridesmaid was Elizabeth Strong of West Lafayette.

The bride's daughter, Ashanti Isley of Delphi, was flower girl. Ring bearers were Tyler Grandstaff of Logansport and Ty Reagan of Lebanon.

The groom's brother, Brandon Zarse of Delphi, performed the duties of best man. Groomsman was Corbin Beamer of Camden.

Serving as ushers were Ryan Strong of Lafayette and Andrew Flora of Delphi, stepbrother of the groom.

A reception followed the ceremony at the Wabash & Erie Canal Conference Center in Delphi. Servers were Martha Skiles of Clymers and Wanda Kinzie of Ohio.

Guest registrar was Miranda Wright of Delphi and gift attendant was Morgan Lavy of Camden.

The bride attended Delphi schools and graduated high school through the homeschooling Alpha Omega Academy in 2006. She majored in public relations at Ivy Tech Community College in Lafayette. She is employed at Wesley Manor in Frankfort.

The groom is a 2006 graduate of Delphi Community High School and a 2007 graduate of Lincoln Technical School in Indianapolis. He is currently in specialized training with the U.S. Marine Corps. in California and North Carolina.

The couple took a two-day trip to Indianapolis and are planning a honeymoon for a later date.

They are awaiting his orders to find out where they will be stationed.
