Mr. and Mrs. Robert Peterson of 4550S 75W, Cutler, will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with an open house Sept. 12 at their home. The event will be from 3 to 6 p.m.

Peterson and the former Betty Connaway were married Sept. 12, 1959, at the EUB Church in Wabash by Rev. William L. Peterson.

They have two sons, Ron Peterson (wife: Cathy) of Cutler and Dan Peterson (wife: Brenda) of West Point. The couple has four grandchildren and six greatgrandchildren.

The Petersons request no gifts, but cards are welcome.
