Max and Winifred Landes of Logansport will celebrate their 65th wedding anniversary with their family.

They were married Aug. 31, 1944, by the Rev. Bert Hodge at the Flora First Brethren Church.

He is a retired farmer and she retired from the Carroll High School Cafeteria.

They have three children, Dan Landes (wife: Diane) of Frankfort, Judy Humbarger (husband: Gene) of Delphi, and Toni Lhamon (husband: Howard) of Logansport. A son, Tom, is deceased. The couple has six grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
