Brian Wagoner, president, and Bret Rinehart, past president of Flora Rotary Club, recently presented a certificate to Fred Humes in recognition and appreciation for his service to the Flora community as a charter member of Flora Rotary. The club was organized in 1945. Mr. Humes, who celebrated his 103rd birthday on Aug. 21, was a 39- year-old Flora businessman when he helped found the club. Photo provided.
