According to a press release issued Wednesday morning from Carroll County Highway Engineer Paul Couts, there will be a Special Meeting of Carroll County Commissioners, Monday, August 31, at 9 a.m. in the courthouse lounge. The meeting will be a work session to evaluate and determine the location of the connection points and county road layout patterns associated with the HHH (SR 25) for Segment 3.
