July 18 - Operator never licensed, Hilltop MaraMart. Cody Harris, 17, Frankfort, involved in property damage. Chief Justin Darling investigated.
July 19, 5:05 a.m. - Habitual traffic violator/public intoxication, N. Washington St. Male passed out behind the wheel of parked vehicle. Officer Shane Bernhardt investigated.
July 19, 9:30 p.m. - Criminal mischief, 607 N. Indiana St. Clothing owned by Tonya Lawson was damaged. Bernhardt investigated.
July 28, 9:15 a.m. - Theft, Swifty's. Wallet owned by Carolyn Pearson was stolen. Bernhardt investigated.
July 28, 10:25 a.m. - Property damage, Discount Tobacco parking lot. Tammy L. Birge, 45, Lizton, and V. Ellen Smith, 50, Delphi. Bernhardt responded.
July 28, 4:15 p.m. - Theft, 510 E. Monroe St. Bike owned by Ronnie Ross was stolen. Bernhardt investigated.
Aug. 1 - Theft, 625 N. Market St. Three outdoor lawn chairs owned by Jack L. Dalton were stolen. Sgt. Brook McCain investigated.

July 30, 11:37 p.m. - Juvenile delinquency (runaway), 11212 N. Sugar Bluff Rd., Monticello. Juvenile female was taken into custody in Hobart. K-9 Deputy Tony Liggett investigated.
Property damage
July 26, 4:40 p.m. - Lake Freeman. Taylor M. Holtsclaw, 19, and Taylor M. Zietz, 19, both of Lafayette. Watercraft collided. Lake patrol deputy Jay Schimmel responded.
July 26 - CR800N. near CR1175W. Kyle Bougher, 11, Sheridan, was injured after loosing control of a golf cart and left the scene. Christina Lonosky fell off the cart and sustained a head injury. Liggett responded.
Flora Police Dept.
July 23, 1:05 p.m. - A 13-yearold female was bitten by a dog near 508 S. Division St. The dog's owner was issued a citation for allowing a dog to stray. Chief Paul Redmon investigated.
July 26, 4:35 a.m. - Following a report of a suspicious person, Officer Josh Disinger, located the suspect after he fled on foot from Gene O's. Disinger pursued the suspect to an address on Hoop St. Disinger and Delphi Officer Justin Wilson made entry into the residence and arrested Dustin S. Peglow, 29, Indianapolis. Peglow, who was recently released from prison, was charged with two counts of burglary with more charges pending. It was later discovered that Flora Chiropractic Center had also been burglarized. Disinger investigated, assisted by Redmon, Wilson, Officers Mark Thomas and Randy Larimore and ISP.
July 26, 8:32 a.m. - A report of criminal mischief was taken at 118 N. Sycamore St. Thomas investigated.
July 31, 6:41 a.m. - A burglary was reported at 64 E. CR100 N., Co-Alliance. The case is still under investigation. Larimore investigated.
Aug. 2 - A vehicle theft was reported at 311 W. Columbia St. Larimore investigated.
