Burlington First Brethren Church will have a winter coat collection on two Saturdays, Aug. 8 and 15, from 9 a.m. to noon at the church, on Eighth Street.

Accepted will be winter coats, hats, scarves, and gloves that are clean and in good condition.

All items will be given away on the Saturday of the Burlington Fall Festival, Sept. 19, at the church booth in the display building.
