MELODY WILLOUGHBY of Flora is now providing hair care services with Holly Kendall Muller at Holly's Hair Hut in Flora.

Willoughby Willoughby has been a hair stylist for over 20 years and was most recently employed at En'Core Hair Design.

She is available for appointments Tuesday through Saturday.

SALIN BANK & TRUST COMPANY and SECURITY FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK, members of the Indiana Bankers Association (IBA), are among member banks that were honored with a national award for outstanding financial literacy outreach. The 2009 Teach Children to Save Statewide Participation Award was presented to IBA members at an ABA conference in Austin, Texas, on July 28.

Indiana banks were recognized for reaching 22,184 youth - more than any other state in the nation - through the Teach Children to Save program of the ABA Education Foundation. Five hundred seventy-two associates from 60 IBA-member banks made 934 presentations to youth in April, educating them about basic money concepts and advocating the importance of saving for the future.
