Charles T. Johnson of Rockfield was honored as one of the Korean veteran Grand Marshals of the July 4 "Proud to be an American" military boat parade on Lake Freeman. Johnson also served in Vietnam and retired from the United States Air Force as a senior master sergeant after 22 years of service. He is pictured with his wife, Betty, aboard the Madam Carroll.
