C. Wayne Rush, 65, Delphi, died Thursday, July 9, 2009, at 8:15 a.m. at St. Elizabeth Hospital Central in Lafayette. Born Nov. 27, 1943, in Rogersville, Tenn., he was the son of David L. and Jessie Hicks Rush. He graduated from Delphi High School in 1961. His marriage was on Nov. 27, 1971, in Delphi, to Judith E.
