June 21, 2:04 p.m. - SR29 at Fifth St., Burlington. Passenger Sara Carlson, 49, Kokomo, on a motorcycle driven by Stanley B. Carlson, 59, Kokomo, fell off while in motion. Sgt. Dennis Randle responded.

June 23, 7:50 a.m. - US421 at Commercial Dr., Delphi. Jonathon L. Christiansen, 18, Monticello, was treated at the scene by EMS. Rene J. McKinzie, 50, Monticello, was cited for an infraction after crashing into the rear of the motorcycle driven by Christiansen. Deputy John Chapman responded.

June 24, 6:04 a.m. - 6755W. CR100N. Richard P. Cox, 62, Delphi, and a van registered to Teresa A. Reed, Delphi. Randle responded.
