According to Carroll County Emergency Management Director Dave Mc- Dowell, the new all-hazard sirens along the Tippecanoe River will be tested during the July 4 weekend. All sirens in Carroll County are regularly tested the first Saturday of each month at 10 a.m. If the test is delayed for any reason the intent is to roll it into the testing routine next month.
