Community Club is sponsoring a 4th of July celebration Saturday at the park. A hog roast will be served from 5 to 9 p.m. with fireworks starting at dusk.

Park Board will meet tonight, July 1, at 7 p.m. at the park.

Community Club will meet at 7 p.m. Monday at the park.

Women's Missionary Society of the First Brethren Church will meet July 2 at the church.

Kiwanis Club will meet at 7:30 a.m. Saturday at the fire station for breakfast and meeting.

The Kings Way gospel singing group will perform July 12 at the United Methodist Church. A carry-in dinner will be held afterwards at the church.

Dr. Todd Dill, a Logansport dentist, will be speaking Sunday at Faith Church of Christ.

Pastor Dan and Teresa Butcher will host a Slip & Slide party for youth at their home from 2-4 p.m. July 12. Hot dogs and macaroni and cheese will be served afterwards.
