Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Porter of 1619 Tanglewood Drive, Lafayette, IN 47905, will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary on July 5.

Porter and the former Patricia Toole were married July 5, 1959, at the Delphi United Methodist Church.

He is employed at Kirby Risk Electrical Supply in Lafayette. She retired from Purdue University and is a homemaker.

They have three children Cheri Martin of Huntersville, N.C., Neal Porter (wife: Sonia) of Lafayette, and Cory Porter of Indianapolis; and four grandchildren.

No special celebration is planned.
