Rachel Isley and Brock Zarse, both of Delphi, announce their engagement. She is the daughter of Mike and Teresa Isley of Delphi. He is the son of Kim and Duane Flora of Delphi and Richard and Julie Zarse of West Lafayette.

The bride-elect attended Delphi schools and graduated high school through the homeschooling Alpha Omega Academy in 2006. She majored in public relations at Ivy Tech Community College in Lafayette. She is employed at the Dairy Queen in Delphi.

The groom is a 2006 graduate of Delphi Community High School and studied to be an electrician at Lincoln Technical School in Indianapolis. He is in the U.S. Marine Corps. in boot camp at Camp Pendleton in San Diego, Calif.

An Aug. 29 wedding is being planned.
