Flora Clerk/Treasurer Joretta Tinsman browses through the Indiana Municipal Power Agency (IMPA) 2008 annual report magazine. Tinsman, a member of the Carroll Communities Recycling Cooperative (CCRC) board said the cooperative was featured on the first page of the report because of their commitment to work together to provide the area with a recycling program. "They're pushing for people to work together to provide for the community what we can, and that's what we've done with CCRC."
