The children of Stephanie Simms and Adam Noether announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their parents.

The bride-elect is a graduate of Delphi Community High School and Christine & Co Education Center. She is employed by Robert A. Lucas, D.D.S.

Her fiancé is a graduate of Rossville High School and the Indiana Law Enforcement Academy. He is employed as a police officer with Frankfort Police Department.

An Aug. 1 wedding is being planned.
