Marriage dissolutions were granted the following: Beatrice (Marvin) Bennett and Michael L. Bennett; Tara Dawn Hammel and Kyle Ray Hammel; Nancy L. Bogan and Timothy R. Goltz; Penny J. Blackman and Brian K. Blackman.
Royce K. Tharp II, 36, was granted the option of serving the reminder of his sentence in a work release program (if accepted) after serving at least one year of his sentence in prison.
Shawn J. McKinley, 23, violated of the terms of his probation. The court ordered him to serve the remainder of his one and one-half year sentence on work release.
An agreed findings and final judgment was entered in White County vs. Terrence M. Pickens and Peoples Savings and Loan Association of Monticello. White County holds the title to the real estate described in this suit and will have permanent easement. Pickens will be compensated the sum of $215,608 from the plaintiff. The real estate mortgages of Peoples Savings and Loan Association were ordered released.
Judgment and decree of foreclosure was entered for the plaintiff in the following: JP Morgan Chase Bank N.A. vs. Harold E. Bishop, Patricia C. Bishop, Lafayette Bank & Trust Co., General Nutrition Corp., and GNC Franchising LLC, in the amount of $74,576.33 plus interest and late charges; Midfirst Bank vs. Asa William Cohee, Kari Ann Cohee, JP Morgan Chase Bank N.A., in the amount of $111,429.46 plus interest; Citimortgage Inc. vs. Jeffrey Mark Hayes, Sandra Marie Hayes, Beneficial Indiana Inc. and Bush Veterinary Clinic, $71,993.09 plus interest.
In Capital One Bank U.S.A. vs. Laura L. Sheets, the cause was transferred to Tippecanoe Superior Court 4.

Steven Ray Fields, 38, violated the terms of his probation. The court revoked 68 days of his previously suspended sentence and placed him on house arrest with the Howard County Community Corrections Program.
The previous judgment and decree of foreclosure was set aside and the previously ordered foreclosure was dismissed without prejudice in the following: First Financial Bank N.A. vs. Peggy Garth, and PHH Mortgage Corp. vs. Jeremy D. Gist, Kirsten S. Delong, Beneficial Indiana Inc. and Capital One Bank N.A.
