Delphi Community Middle School sixth graders recently participated in an essay contest telling what they would do if they were mayor of Delphi. The essays were sent to Delphi Mayor Randy Strasser who chose the top five essays. The essay written by the winner, Charlie Holliday, front center, was entered into the state competition. All of the winners received an award and were treated to lunch by Mayor Strasser.
