Delphi track and field teams recently competed in the Carroll/White County Championships and hosted Indiana's oldest track meet, the 94th Annual RMD. The boys finished third in each and the girls finished fourth at Bi-County and third at the RMD.

At the Bi-County Championships, the high jump duo of Olivia George and Jordan Wagner won gold. George's win kept her undefeated in the event for the year heading into the conference championships where she will be a number one seed. Runner-up finishes were put in by Carrington Wallace in the 100- meter hurdles, Matt Wilcox in the 400 meter dash, the 3200- meter relay team of Kris Bender, Kevin Kauffman, Ryan Everett, and J.D. Huffer, and the 1600-meter relay team of Beniot Goffard, Huffer, Wagner, and Wilcox.

Wallace's performance of 16.99 seconds in the 100- meter intermediate hurdles was good enough to set the new school record.

Winning blue at the RMDs were George in the high jump, Wilcox in the 400 and 200, Everett in the 300 hurdles, and Wagner in the high jump. Taylor Saul, Nick Zink, and Chelsey Ragan, among others, put in strong performances and came up with personal records.
