May 5 - Information (juvenile), Bradford Dr. Wabash Valley Outpatient clinic advised a juvenile client left an appointment without permission. Chief Justin Darling investigated.
May 7, 4:30 p.m. - Theft, 115 Packet Ave. Plastic gas tank taken from boat owned by Patricia Gray. Officer David Yeager investigated.
May 8, 2:30 p.m. - Invasion of privacy, Delphi Community Elementary School. Restraining order violated. Officer Shane Bernhardt investigated.
May 8, 4 p.m. - Property damage, Fourth St. Chrystal Johns, 82, and Marcella Storey, 42, both of Delphi. Officer Bernhardt investigated.
May 8, 6:10 p.m. - Property damage, Wabash and Main streets. Robert Cunningham, 43, and Melissa Bender, 30, both of Delphi. Officer Chuck Kent investigated.
May 11, 6:45 p.m. - Property damage, 711 Armory Rd. Donald E. Fritts, 59, Brookston, struck a parked car. Yeager investigated.

May 3, 3:25 a.m. - OWI, SR18 and 200E., Flora. Wesley Langston, 33, Flora, was arrested. Liggett investigated.
May 3, 10:20 a.m. - Criminal mischief, 154 S. Union St., Camden. The window glass of truck topper owned by Wayne Dillon was damaged. Deputy John Chapman investigated.
May 4, 6:33 a.m. - Death investigation, 11799 W. Lake Bluff Rd., Monticello. Zachary R. Fischer, 16. Sgt. Dennis Randle responded.
May 4, 11:20 p.m. - Theft, 4628N. 1025W., Delphi. License plate owned by Kathy Fullerton stolen. Deputy Jason Dunning investigated.
May 5, 8:25 p.m. - Child Protective Services follow-up/wellbeing check, rural Cutler. Follow-up on a report of alleged child neglect. Deputy Jay Schimmel investigated.
May 5, 10:45 p.m. - Public intoxication and criminal mischief, 10569 Corley Dr., Monticello. Robert J. Call, 28, Reynolds, was arrested. K9 Deputy Mike Thomas investigated.
May 6, 4 p.m. - Dog bite, 2911E. 900N., Delphi. Patrick Powlen was bitten by a dog owned by Gary Allen. Chapman investigated. May 6, 5:01 p.m. - Burglary, 6824 W. Crestwood Dr., Delphi. Forced entry into the residence. Chapman investigated.
May 8, 6:05 a.m. - Theft, 12006 N. Upper Lakeshore Dr., Monticello. Property stolen from vehicle. Randle investigated.

May 1, 3:55 p.m. - SR25 near US421. David R. Wilcox, 47, Delphi, and Robert E. Sego Jr., 49, Lafayette. Chapman responded.

April 26, 5:34 p.m. - A theft report was taken at 311 W. Clem St. The complainant advised someone broke into her vehicle and a neighbor's vehicle. Officer Randy Larimore investigated.
April 28, 9 a.m. - A vehicle driven by Mark Kilmer, 43, Camden, struck a sign at 710 E. Columbia St. Chief Paul Redmon investigated.
April 28, 7:05 p.m. - Following a traffic stop, Ronald G. Williams, 45, Lafayette, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a legend drug. Micole D. Boillat, 20, Brownsburg, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance. Officer Josh Disinger investigated.
May 2, 9:47 p.m. - During the course of an investigation, Lisa Brooks, 45, Flora, was arrested on suspicion of maintaining a common nuisance, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. Larry Brooks Sr., 51, Flora, was arrested on suspicion of maintaining a common nuisance, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. Buck T. Brooks, 28, Flora, was arrested on suspicion of visiting a common nuisance. Disinger investigated. Deputy Tony Liggett assisted.
May 3, 7:03 p.m. - A domestic disturbance was reported in the 800 block of West Columbia St. Disinger investigated.
May 4, 11:26 a.m. - Theft of a hog roaster was reported at 714 E. Columbia St. Larimore investigated.
May 6, 2:54 a.m. - A leaving the scene of a property damage accident was reported at 110 S. Division St. Bishop investigated.
May 7, 1:30 p.m. - An animal complaint was taken at 508 S. Division St. The complainant advised a stray dog had damaged his fence on multiple occasions. The owner of the dog was located and cited for allowing a dog to stray. Thomas investigated.
May 7, 5:30 p.m. - A dog bite was reported at 216 W. Columbia St. The complainant's dog was attacked by a stray dog. Officer Mark Thomas investigated.
May 8, 12:15 p.m. - Billie Ann Brown, 33, Flora, was arrested on a Carroll County warrant for domestic battery. Redmon investigated.
May 9, 3:46 p.m. - Leaving the scene of a property damage accident and theft were reported at 508 W. Columbia St. An unknown person driving a black jeep left the gas station without paying for fuel, then struck a parked van and fled the scene. Larimore investigated.
May 9, 4:43 p.m. - Stephan J. Howard, 61, Delphi, was westbound on SR18 driving a tractor. Howard struck a utility pole owned by REMC between CRs 150W and 250W. Larimore investigated.
May 11, 8:01 p.m. - A domestic disturbance was reported in the 500 block of Harmon St. Thomas investigated.
