Registration deadline for the 31st Annual Little Miss and the 14th Annual Little Mister Contest will be June 1. The contest will be held July 12 at 7 p.m. in the show arena at the Carroll County 4- H Fairgrounds in Flora. To be eligible to compete, contestants must be at least five years of age and cannot have reached his/her eighth birthday before Aug. 5, 2009. More ...
