April 27, 7:09 p.m. - Criminal mischief, 300 block of N. Market. Eddie Brumbaugh, 44, Delphi. Damage was done to the siding of his house. Officer Chuck Kent investigated.
April 28, 5 p.m. - Property damage, US421 and Armory Rd. Rosalie M. McTigue, 44, and Zakkary Alan Hackerd, 16, both of Delphi. Sgt. Brook Mc- Cain investigated.
April 29, 4:25 p.m. - Property damage/ leaving the scene, Riley Park. An unknown vehicle struck a parked car then left the scene and was not located. Officer Shane Bernhardt investigated.
May 1, 9:45 a.m. - Property damage, 117 Wabash St. Marcia Matlock, 63, and James R. Davis, 76, both of Delphi. Office David Yeager investigated.
May 3, 12:05 p.m. - Property damage, 903 Tally Ho Dr. Krista R. Eiler, 23, and Tara D. Lank, 29, both of Delphi. Officer Yeager investigated.

April 24, 8:54 a.m. - Dogs running at large, 8660N. 68E., Burrows. Dogs owned by Alan Wallar, Burrows, strayed from property. Owner was advised to move dogs from the area to avoid being cited for violation. Det. Steve Mullin responded.
April 24, 2:50 p.m. - Theft, 30E. 485S., Cutler. Dell laptop computer was stolen from the home of Sheena Baker. Mullin investigated.
April 25, 2:02 p.m. - Dog bite, 6745N. 1225W., Monticello. James Barrett, Tecumseh Bend, reported he was bitten by a dog owned by Tom Lewis. Mullin investigated.
April 25, 3 p.m. - Burglary, 1211N. SR25, Delphi. Someone gained unlawful entry to garage owned by Sami Nader and took property including a chain saw and an archery cross bow. Sgt. Dennis Randle investigated.
April 26, 8:48 a.m. - Criminal mischief, 2363W. Towpath Rd., Burnettsville. Mailbox owned by Phil Cable was damaged. Mullin responded.
April 26, 12:44 p.m. - Death Investigation, 10473 N. Earl Ave., Monticello (C&C Beach area). Charles F. Bennett Jr., 84, collapsed and fell into the water for unknown reasons. Randle investigated.
April 27, 4:14 p.m. - Fraud, 560W. 400S., Cutler - Brian Price Sr. reported losing $1,100 from an internet scam involving fraudulent money orders. K9 Deputy Tony Liggett investigated.
April 29, 10 a.m. - Theft, 1363 W. Bradshaw Ave., Delphi. A speaker box was stolen from a vehicle owned by Francis Morrow. Randle investigated.
April 29, 11:22 p.m. - Dog bite, 4812 N. Kerlin Ave., Delphi. A black, medium size stray dog in the West Delphi area bit Summer Engles. If the dog is sighted, do not approach and contact the sheriff's office. Deputy Jason Dunning investigated.
April 12, 8:23 a.m. - SR29 near CR575N. Yasel D. Travieso, 22, Delphi, was cited with a misdemeanor. Randle responded.
April 20, 1:35 p.m. - CR250N. near Troy Ave., Delphi. Cory W. Girard, 18, Delphi. Sheriff Tony Burns responded.
April 22, 8:23 p.m. - 285 Main St., Yeoman. Daniel W. Gibbs, 25, and Joseph D. Gibbs, 19, both of Yeoman. Liggett responded.
April 27, 11:35 a.m. - SR75 near CR250N., Camden. John T. Justice, 87, Logansport, and Steven L. Royer, 64, Camden. Justice ran into the rear of the horse-drawn wagon guided by Royer. The horse was destroyed at the scene by law enforcement. Royer was pronounced dead at the scene. Deputy John Chapman responded.
April 20, 5:15 a.m. - US421 near CR600N. Michael E. Stotler, 53, Monticello. Burns responded.
April 21, 7:15 a.m. - CR900W. near CR550N. Brandon A. Jenkins, 26, Delphi. Randle responded.
April 30, 7:09 p.m. - CR400S. at SR75. Brady Sorrells, 25, Flora. Deputy Jay Schimmel responded.
