Delphi Community School Corporation patron Everett Snoberger asked if the Camden Early Education Center (CEEC) is a separate entity and to whom the staff report at the April 13 board of trustees meeting. He was told the CEEC staff does not report to the elementary school principal. Reporting is done directly to the superintendent's office. It was clarified the teaching staff report to program administrator Carol Coon, who reports directly to superintendent Ralph Walker.
