Faith Lutheran Church has started a new outreach program. During April the group has asked members to bring one or more l8 oz. jars of peanut butter for the backpack program. These will be used to fill backpacks for children who are in need. The goal is to have 255 jars of peanut butter donated in April.

The senior potluck at Faith Lutheran Church will be April 21 at 12 noon. Everyone is invited. Just bring a dish to share and share in the fellowship.

Deer Creek Presbyterian Church Book Club will meet on June 1 at 7 p.m. in the church library. Everyone is asked to begin reading these two books, "Same Kind of Different As Me" by Ron Hall and Denver Moore and "The Last Lecture" by Randy Pausch. Everyone is invited to read and attend these meetings.

On April 19, the Birthday Bash Lunch group will meet at 11:15 a.m. at Deer Creek Presbyterian Church. Lunch will be served by the WMT following worship.
