Wood 50th anniversary
      Mr. and Mrs. Dean Wood of 875W. 1050N., Delphi, will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with an open house hosted by their children on Sunday from 1 to 4 p.m. at the fire station in Burrows. Wood and the former Mickey Murphy, both retired from Logansport Memorial Hospital, were married April 18, 1959, at the St. John Catholic Church in Vincennes.

His parents are Bryan and Terra VanZile of Burlington. The bride-elect graduated from Bellmont High School in 2003 and from Manchester College in 2008.

      Jim and Tracy Wade of Cutler announce the engagement of their daughter, Megan, to Weston Flory. He is the son of Dale and Sandra Flory of Frankfort. The bride-elect will graduate from New Hope School, Rossville, in May. She is employed as a childcare provider.
