Lessons from the Heart
Proverbs 3:5-6 - How do we handle our fears, anxieties, and worries in troubled times? What is God's plan for us? Can we look forward to a brighter future? These are questions you may be asking yourself. We all look for answers to these questions. Well, God understands how we feel. He understands our fears, worries and anxieties we go through.
Sometimes we may even wonder where God is or does God love us. The one thing God is after, no matter what we go through, is a personal relationship with him. He wants us to know how great and awesome he is. God only has good in store for his children. He wants his children to be a witness of his goodness and love and mercy. He desires that we prosper and succeed but with an obedient heart (Joshua 118). The more of him we have, the less of things we want. He will gently lead us like a young shepherd to the "still waters and green pastures (Psalm 23:2). He desires that we trust fully in him, giving all our need to him, committing our way to him (Psalm 37:5) and believing he has the very best in mind for us.
So do not give up on God. Give more of yourself to him than ever before and trust him to work things to your good. May God richly bless you.
