Amanda L. DuVall was charged with driving while suspended, operating a motor vehicle without financial responsibility, failure to stop after accident resulting in nonvehicle damage.

Jordan O. Stewart was charged with four counts of dealing in marijuana.

Robert E. Perry of Cutler was found not guilt of six counts of check deception.

Scott A. Walters, 26, of Rockfield was convicted of two counts of check deception. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended and 178 days supervised probation.

The following causes have been dismissed with prejudice against Theresa L. Harshman of Delphi.

The following causes have been dismissed without prejudice and arrest warrant, if any, recalled against: Bradley E. Hugill, 29, of Wildwood, Mo.; Frederick Adams, 59, of Delphi and Robert Draper of Bringhurst.

Cami J. Busch, 23, of Delphi was convicted of two counts of check deception. She was sentenced to 60 days in jail, 60 days suspended and one year of supervised probation for each count.
