In State of Indiana vs. Dustin Terrell, 25, two counts were dismissed - aiding, inducing or causing armed robbery and assisting a criminal, while receiving stolen property remains. Terrell was remanded to the custody of the Carroll County sheriff for trial.

Dysi M. Lopez-Quintero, 24, was found guilty of identity deception. She was sentenced to 364 days in the Department of Correction with the executed portion of the sentence to be served on in-home detention.

In the matter of Rafael Ramirez and Claudia Ramirez vs. Roth Park Grove Cottage Owners Association Inc., the court's order of Feb. 5 is vacated and the order of Jan. 20 is certified to allow an immediate appeal pursuant to the Indiana Court of Appeals. Proceedings in circuit court will be stayed pending final appellate review.

Marriage dissolutions granted included: Samantha K. Fontes and John P. Fontes; Amy J. Miller and Travis D. Miller; Jonathon J. Jenkinson Jr. and Sonia M. Jenkinson; and David L. Greer and Sarah J. Greer.

The following causes were dismissed: American Acceptance Company LLC vs. Adam D. Nichols; Capital One Bank USA vs. Lance Wainscott; American Acceptance Co. LLC vs. Keith V. Rhoades; Midland Credit Management Inc. vs. Phyllis Warf; Capital One Bank vs. Reid Sales and Kimberly Sales; Wells Fargo Bank N.A. vs. Carl T. Hanaway (deceased), State of Indiana, Dept. of Revenue, and unknown occupant; and North Star Capital Acquisitions vs. Connie K. Cauble.

An agreed order approving petition for transfer of lottery payment rights with attached waiver of service was granted the plaintiff in Settlement Funding LLC and Structured Settlement Funding LLC vs. John Chorrushi Jr.

Arthur F. Dumas, 45, Delphi, violated the terms of his probation by committing the offense of operating while intoxicated. The court modified the conditions of his probation to include that he perform 80 hours of community service within 90 days.

An order granting summary judgment for foreclosure of real estate and enforcement of assignment of rent was entered for the plaintiff in First Financial Bank N.A. vs. Elmer L. Noe.

An agreed judgment and decree of foreclosure was entered for the plaintiff in U.S. Bank National Association vs. Gregory A. Clawson, Kimberly A. Clawson, First Financial Bank N.A. and unknown occupants.

In Finance Center Federal Credit Union vs. Blackburn Hauling LLC, Bradley E. Blackburn, judgment was entered for the plaintiff in the amount of $10,016.90 plus interest and court costs.

In Finance Center Federal Credit Union vs. Blackburn Hauling LLC and Bradley E. Blackburn, judgment was entered for the plaintiff in the amount of $27,041.64 plus interest and court costs.

Stephen McLeland has been charged with burglary, possession of marijuana, habitual substance offender and three counts of arson.

Jill Sheagley and Jay Sparks have been named administrators of the Annabelle Sparks estate.

Monty Sink, Darryl Sink and Myron Sink have been named administrators of the Martha J. Sink estate.

Charles Maxwell has been named the administrator of the Jack L. Maxwell estate.
