Edward Lincoln Stephen, 58, Indianapolis, passed away Thursday, April 2, 2009, at his residence.

Born June 4, 1950, in Logansport, he was the son of George and Mary Figley Stephen.

He was a graduate of the Embry Riddle Aeronautical Institute.

Surviving are a daughter, Stacie Stephen of Kokomo; two grandsons, Colin Stephen of Flora and Vincent Owen of Kokomo; a sister, Cathie Ream of Muncie; a niece, Karin Ream; two nephews, Brad Ream and Greg Ream; and special friend, Shelley Kirkman.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a son, Anthony E. "Tony" Stephen.

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. April 9 at Stout & Son Funeral Home, Neptune Chapel, 44 Michigan St., Burlington. Burial will follow at Deer Creek Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 5 to 8 p.m. today, Wednesday.
