The deadline to request 2009 dust control has been set for May 1. Residents who live on gravel roads and who want the county to provide control on 300 feet in front of their residences must call the highway department at (574) 967-4244 to be placed on the list.

County Highway Supervisor Paul Couts said a new list is being developed. No names from previous years will be put on the 2009 list without notification from residents.
