The family of Delmar Bailey would like to thank the staff of St. Elizabeth Healthcare and Southern Care Hospice. A special thanks to Adelene Smith, Orville and Frances Hathaway, Lori Schwarzhoph and Radnor Methodist Church for the funeral service and luncheon.
