Kelly Shawn D. Kelly, formerly of Cutler, will be deployed to Iraq for his second tour.

He has been in the Marines since October 2005. His first tour to Iraq was in 2007.

Upon his return from Iraq, his four-year stint will be over. He, his wife, and daughter will reside in Bringhurst.
