The Kokomo Chapter of the AMERICAN SEWING GUILD will meet April 13 in the second floor conference room at the Howard Medical Arts Building located next to Howard Regional Hospital on U.S. 31 in Kokomo. IDENTIFYING RESOURCES FOR DEALING WITH DEBT, a free information session, will be held Thursday, March 26, beginning at 6 p.m. at Ivy Tech Community College, Ivy Hall Room 1106, Lafayette. The session is open to the public; reservations are not required. Topics of discussion include self-help, credit counseling, debt management plans, debt consolidation, bankruptcy, debt negotiation programs and more. Anyone interested in these topics may attend, especially HR professionals, bankers, financial counselors, social workers, church counselors and anyone who regularly comes in contact with those "drowning in debt." Tippecanoe Area Economic Education Coalition is sponsoring the event.
