Deer Creek Presbyterian Church will host a Potato Bash Sunday after morning worship. All are welcome to attend. A free-will offering will be taken with profits going to the Heifer Project.

Faith Lutheran Church will have Lenten Services on Wednesday night, with a light supper at 6 p.m., followed by worship at 6:45 p.m. All are welcome to attend.

St. Patrick's Day Senior Potluck will be held March 17 at noon at Faith Lutheran Church. Those attending are asked to bring a dish to share. All are welcome.

Deer Creek School Alumni Association Banquet will be held April 8 at the Deer Creek Community Center. Any person who graduated from Washington Twp can attend the banquet. Reservations are required by March 31. Contact Lois Wallace 859-2695 or Nancy Larimore at 574-753- 4494.

A birthday celebration was held recently at a local restaurant for Tracy Hile. Those attending were Dana Hile, Scott and Lisa Hile, Tom and Deb Bradfield, Marilyn Hile and Sarah Brown.

Don and Betty Bell have returned from a short trip to Florida to visit their son, Terry. Mike Bell and friend drove them there and back.
